Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS and usually ship within 48-72 hours.  Please allow for up to two additional weeks for delivery for orders shipping outside the United States. Every order receives a tracking number via email.

Returns & Replacements

We do our best to ensure that your products are up to the purchaser’s expectations and delivered properly.  If there is a problem with the order, please email dedemed@dedemed.com and we will be more than happy to assist in providing a solution to the discrepancy.  In the event that we must issue a refund for a return, DedeMed.com will not be responsible for the return shipping costs of any products.  We ensure 100% satisfaction our products.

Ordering

We do our best to keep the site inventory updated.  In the case where you place an order for which we're out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We like Paypal and we hope you do too. Once your payment clears we will send you your products. All pricing is final at time of purchase regardless of a promotion release.  Promotions are only valid if the order is placed and paid within the promotion time period.
